Company Overview:
Our client, an international asset manager is looking for a Vice President, RFP join the team

About the job:

• Work collaboratively with the Global RFP team and key stakeholders across the wider organisation.
• Build deep expertise in the firm's core products and mandates, with particular emphasis on private credit and multi‑asset solutions.
• Manage and prioritise workload effectively to ensure all client and internal deadlines are met.
• Engage confidently with investment product specialists and sales teams to clarify client requirements, coordinate responsibilities, and oversee the end‑to‑end RFP project workflow.
• Produce high‑quality proposal documents by leveraging the RFP database for standard content, drafting new responses, and tailoring all materials to specific proposal needs.
• Monitor, track, and maintain visibility of the RFP pipeline and work in progress.
• Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives across RFP processes, systems, and content quality.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years' experience in RFP writing or similar roles (e.g., investment writing or marketing) within asset management.
• Strong practical understanding of financial markets, investment products, portfolios, and fund management operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
