Description

Renown global asset manager looking for a driven compliance professional to take on a broad compliance role that will cover both regulatory compliance and AML/KYC across the North Asia region.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Assist the regional head of compliance in enforcing the compliance program across the North Asia region.
• Provide support across a wide range of compliance activities such as licensing requirements, regulatory reporting and conduct.
• Ongoing compliance monitoring and testing including marketing materials, product compliance etc.
• AML/KYC and Sanctions checks

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Around 3-5 years of compliance experience ideally from the buy side or global markets compliance background.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher-level hire.
• Able to read/write Chinese. The role will involve communicating with stakeholders in Chinese Mandarin from time to time.
• Ability to work independently.
